Vickers Viscount art

This is artist Leslie Carr's impression of a British V.700 series Viscount quadmotor with a fictitious registration. Leslie Carr was primarily a painter of railway, maritime and architectural subjects, and designed posters for the LNER, Southern Region and British Railways as well as car brochures for Morris.

Very eyecatching and impressive artwork. Though at first glance I thought Mr Carr had Mount Ruepehu going 'bang' in the background. Good use of colour and perpective to create the image.
