an ideal vehicle for school runs - a 1955 Rolls-Royce Saracen Armored Personel Carrier

At only 11 tonnes and rubber tired, it won't damage your driveway (too much) and it has power steering and an auto pre-select gear system, 5 gears in forward & reverse. The top speed is only 72 km/h or 45 mph (in either direction) but that's above the legal limit on urban streets anyway.  It can accommodate 2 crew and 10 passengers so you could be sociable and convey your friends' kids to school too!

Do you have to drive through a neighborhood where dodgy types could have an unhealthy interest in your little precious? Well, this has opening hatches in the revolving turret, a sunroof opening in the roof at rear for an anti-aircraft gun, 8 rifle ports on the sides and rear. It's fully armored and stops small arms fire, .30 cal., grenades, mines and IED blasts so your little precious will get to class safe and sound!
